Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Approved affiliates will earn 40% commission on all successful sales generated on their unique affiliate link. For instance, if you refer a customer and they spend $55, you will earn $22.

Affiliate commissions will be paid out at the end of the summit, though only referrals that are still in good standing will be included with the payout. If the originating purchase is refunded or revoked during the summit period, we reserve the right to revoke the affiliate commission on that purchase.

Commissions cannot be generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address).

All affiliate commissions are paid out via PayPal and require a $22 minimum balance.

We track affiliate sales automatically by the use of cookies. The cookies are placed in the browser of the user that clicks on the affiliate link to reach our website. The Crystal Healing Summit is not responsible for cookies deleted by users.

We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our affiliate system. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on sales generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our system.

Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your Affiliate Code on your website, in your emails, or on social media channels. We will provide you with graphical artwork to use for linking to the Crystal Healing Summit.

We do not allow coupon sites to be affiliates. If your website is deemed to be a coupon aggregator business then your affiliate account will not be approved and/or you will not be paid your affiliate commission.

When advertising the Crystal Healing Summit, you should use only promotional materials approved by the Crystal Healing Summit.

Approved materials are only those that we provide in your Affiliate Area. We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download such promotional materials for placement on your website for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting the Crystal Healing Summit virtual event that is owned, operated and controlled by Saralee Hofrichter.

By registering to become an affiliate, you acknowledge that you are free to address any specific questions regarding these terms and conditions by submitting those questions in writing to saralee@crystalhealingsummit.com.
